Data sources

Reports are compiled from public government data, including permit records, FEMA flood zone maps, and public property records. This data may be incomplete or out of date, and reports aren't a substitute for a professional inspection.

What we collect

MyHomeTrax has no accounts. When you look up an address, we use it to fetch public records and show you the report. We don't store the addresses you search or the reports we generate, and we don't use localStorage in your browser.

Hosting logs

The site is hosted on Vercel, which may process standard request logs, such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL, for security and operations.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand site usage and performance. They collect aggregated, anonymized data such as page views, referrers, and device type, and don't use cookies.

Advertising

We show ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage personalized ads at Google Ad Settings, and learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland see Google's consent message before personalized ads are shown.

Children under 13

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
