MyHomeTrax compiles each report from public government sources. Nothing here is invented or scraped from listing sites.
Kinds of public feeds we use
- City and county permits — building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related permits from the jurisdiction that covers the address (when a live feed is connected).
- FEMA flood maps — National Flood Hazard Layer zone context for the parcel when coordinates resolve.
- County assessors — basic property facts such as year built, size, and lot, when the county publishes them.
Every report lists the exact sources it checked on its Sources tab, so you can verify anything with the issuing agency. Coverage and known gaps are explained on How it works. How we handle addresses and ads is in our privacy policy.
